Can I send a quote in English?
Yes. Quotes, emails and PDFs follow the customer's language: Dutch or English.
What happens when a quote expires?
It can no longer be accepted, and the booking moves to expired. You can send a new version at any time.
Do I have to use online payments?
No. You can record payments by bank transfer or cash yourself. Online payments with iDEAL are optional.
Can I add my own terms to a quote?
Your terms of service apply to every quote, and you can add notes per quote for anything specific.
