Why we built StageDesk
We’re DJs ourselves. For years we spent every weekend behind the decks, and when we started our own entertainment agency, we quickly saw how messy things are behind the scenes. Requests came in by email, WhatsApp and phone, and we were constantly piecing everything together. Quotes were made in Word, artists were found by calling around endlessly, and after every party we transferred the money by hand. It worked, but it ate up time we would much rather have spent on the parties themselves.
We built StageDesk to bring all of that into one place: a booking page that collects complete inquiries, quotes customers accept online, an app where artists say yes, and payments that are split and paid out automatically.
It's made in the Netherlands for Dutch agencies, with iDEAL, Dutch VAT and every page in Dutch and English.
