Questions about pricing
Can I try StageDesk first?
Plans with a trial show the number of free days on the card. You choose the plan when you sign up; the first payment comes after the trial and you can cancel before then at no cost. Without a plan you can view everything but not change it.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. An upgrade starts immediately and you pay pro rata. A downgrade starts at the next renewal.
What is the platform fee?
A small amount per booking when your customer pays online through StageDesk. It covers payment processing and payouts. Manual payments are free.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. With yearly billing each plan shows how much you save.
How do I pay for the subscription?
With iDEAL, credit card or direct debit. You get an invoice every period.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You cancel in your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Your data is kept.
