Connecting Stripe, how customers pay, and when the money reaches you and your artist.

With online payments customers pay their deposit and balance by iDEAL or card.
Connecting Stripe
Go to Payments and choose Connect Stripe. Stripe asks for your business and bank details; it takes about ten minutes. After that customers see a pay button on their quote and event.
When do you get the money?
After the event StageDesk waits a few days (shown under Settings) for any disputes. Then the artist's share goes to the artist and the rest, minus the platform fee, to you.
Hasn't an artist connected Stripe yet? Then their share goes to you, and it shows on their page as "to be paid by your agency".
Refunds
Choose Refund on a payment and enter the amount. You can record offline payments as refunded the same way.
