Tracking bank transfers without chasing customers
One reference per booking, customers who report their own payments, and reminders in time.

Online payment is easiest, but many customers still pay for a party by bank transfer. Here's how to avoid chasing payments.
One reference per booking
Ask customers to use the booking number as the reference. Then you immediately see on your statement which party a payment belongs to. StageDesk puts the reference on the quote and in the payment email.
Let the customer report the payment
In the customer portal the customer reports a transfer with date and reference. You get a notification and only need to check that the money arrived.
Confirm receipt, and say so when it's wrong
A short confirmation with a receipt reassures the customer. Don't see anything coming in? Say so right away, with a note. The sooner, the less awkward.
Remind in time
Agree on a fixed date for the remaining amount, for example two weeks before the party. StageDesk sends a reminder with the open amount automatically.
Keep one overview
Keep all payments, online and manual, on the booking. Then you see at any time what's open, even when a colleague created the booking.
