Managing your subscription

You manage your subscription yourself under Subscription.

The trial

Every new agency starts with a free trial with all features. You don't need to enter payment details. At the end you choose a plan; if you don't, you can still view everything but not change it.

Choosing or switching a plan

Choose Change plan and select a plan. An upgrade starts immediately and you pay pro rata for the rest of the period. A downgrade starts at the next renewal.

Usage and limits

On the same page you see how many artists, team seats and bookings you use. When you're close to a limit you get a notice before anything stops working.

Invoices

All invoices for your subscription are at the bottom of the page as PDF.

Cancelling

Choose Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Your data is kept, so you can start again later without losing anything.
