Signing in with a code
On the sign-in page you can choose Sign in with a code. You get a six-digit code by email, valid for ten minutes. Customers always sign in this way.
Forgot your password
Choose Forgot password and follow the link in the email.
Two-factor authentication
Under your profile you turn on two-factor authentication with an app such as Google Authenticator or 1Password. Keep the recovery codes somewhere safe. Lost them? Contact support.
