Your team and roles
Inviting team members, choosing roles and removing access.

Working with more people on your agency? Invite them and give each the role that fits.
Inviting someone
Go to Team and choose Invite member. Enter the email address and pick a role. They get an email with a link to join. An invitation is valid for seven days and you can withdraw it while it's open.
The roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including the subscription, payments and the team |
| Manager | Everything except the subscription and changing the owner |
| Planner | Bookings, quotes, artists and calendar |
Artists and customers aren't team members. They get their own app and portal.
Changing a role or removing someone
In the list, choose a different role for a member, or Remove. A removed member loses access immediately. What they did stays visible in the history.

How many team members you can have depends on your plan. You see the usage under Subscription.
