The calendar shows all your events per month. Artists mark themselves when they can't play.
Your agency's calendar
Go to Calendar. Every booking with a date is in it, coloured by status. Click an event to open the booking. On busy days you see +3 more; click it for the full list.
Artist availability
Artists open Availability in their app and tap the days they can't play. If you ask an artist for a date on which they're unavailable, you see a warning.
Avoiding double bookings
If an artist already has a gig on the same day, StageDesk tells you when you ask them. You can still go ahead on purpose, for example for an afternoon and an evening show.
The calendar in your own calendar app
Artists can subscribe to their gigs in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Changes come through automatically.
