Creating and sending a quote
Lines from your services, VAT, deposit and validity.

Open a booking and choose Create quote.
- Add lines from your services, or type them. For each line choose quantity, price and VAT rate.
- Choose the deposit percentage and how long the quote is valid.
- Choose Send quote. The customer gets an email with a link to view and accept it.
If you change a sent quote, you make a new version. The customer always sees the newest.
Once the customer accepts, the booking is Booked and you can ask an artist.
